We leave this site up only to be a witness to our friends in bodybuilding and the fitness industry. Please don't judge a book by it's cover! Jesus wants to save people out of every walk of life and this industry is full of people that will use you, abuse you and then when they have gotten all they can, they will abandon you! We leave this site up ONLY to be a light in a dark industry! If you are a Christian visiting this site please understand this site isn't geared for you! This site is so we can as Paul said "be all things to all people so that by all means we may win some." Our life stories are written in all their details so that people in this industry can see that God invites ALL to come no matter where you have been, how bad you have been, or how you may have strayed! Jesus is standing at the door waiting for you!
If you are here and you are looking to see what happened to us? Where we went? Why did we disappear out of the "scene" then I ask you to read on! Our prayer is that you will come to see our stories may in some way parallel yours and want to find answers. areeJeff and Sandra Christian are a husband and wife team who are one of only a few couples who have both earned a pro card in the IFBB. Jeff won in 2018 as a superheavyweight bodybuilder at the NPC Universe and Sandra won as a Figure competitor in 2018 at the North American Championships. While they are now retired from competition their love and passion for training is still strong, but far surpassed by their love for the Lord Jesus Christ and helping people! Their passion has fueled them to not only coach people all over the world, but share the love of Jesus Christ and his message of hope for their lives! Jeff is telling his story here on this site in all it's details so that you can see that God can rescue you whether you don't know him, or if you have wandered away from him...that the Savior is standing there waiting for you to come back to him!
UPDATE - We are no longer coaching, our focus is solely on ministry. Our lives are not our own and we have dedicated the rest of our life to serving the Lord Jesus Christ. We are thankful to all those who we have become friends with and always welcome your contact, but our lives are in ministry and getting out the good news to a world who desperately needs it. Just remember, Jesus loves you and died for you...
As you can see most links have been taken away or don't work. This is by design as we don't want to glorify bodybuilding.
